https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samuel_Benjamin_Auchmuty agrees with above that he m Anne Buchanan in 1817, i.e. when he was 37, citing Gentleman's Magazine ('1868 Vol. part I. pp. 788–789' - can't find it in either Vol 224 (Jan-Jun 1868, though only up to May) or in Vol 225 (Jun-Nov 1868). If it is 1868 is is post both versions of the marriage, 1817 and/or 1853).

Alternatively, he m Anne Buchanan in 1853: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:2DSC-5XT?lang=en and https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:2DSC-NS2?lang=en, when he would have been 73.
