Transcription:
A memorial or an indented deed bearg date Ye seventh day of April in the year of our Ld one thousand seven hund & fifty eight & made between
Henry Pilkington of Toar in Ye Co of Westmeath esqr & Abraham Pilkington of Killbeggan in said Co gent of the one part &
Roger North of Newcastle in said Co gent of the other part
whereby the said Henry & Abraham Plkington in considn of the sum of four hundred eighty pounds to them in hand paid
did bargain sell assign transfer & make over unto the said Roger North his heirs & assigns one annuity or yearly rent charge of sixty pounds to be issuing going & payable out of all that and those the towns & lands of King situate lying & being in the Barony of Fartullagh & Co of Westmeath aforesaid
to hold unto the said Roger North his heirs & assigns for & during the natural lives & life of Charles North Susanna North & Richard North two sons & daughter of Ye sd Roger North or such of them as shall be living
at the time the said Roger North his heirs or assigns shall be evicted of one lease of the lands of Davidstown to him thereof made by the said Henry & Abraham Pilkington to commence on the first day of May or first day of November wch shall next happen after the time of such eviction
the said yearly rent charge to be paid half yearly
which said indenture is witnessed by Joseph North of Newcastle in Ye Co Westmeath gent & Danl Cole of Ye same yeoman
and this memorial is witnessed by the same witnesses.
