Transcription:

 

A memorial of an indenture of lease made between

 

Judge Rochfort of Streamstown in the Co Westmeath esqr evgr of the one part &

 

William North of Clonfad in said county gent of the other part

 

whereby Ye sd Judge Rochfort did grant set & to farm let unto the said Wm North his heirs & assigns all that & those the town & lands of Lissaura lying & being in the Bo of Moycashell & Co aforesaid containing seventy two acres be the same more of less

 

to hold all & singular Ye sd premises from the first day of Novemr last for ever at the yearly rent of six pounds ster

 

which said indenr of lease is withessed by Denis Mulhall of Garryduff in the said county of Westmeath inholder & Denis Cole of Newbane in said Co yeoman
