Transcription:
A meml of a deed of settl bearing date the 25th day of March 1808 made betwn Roger North of Kilduff in the Kings Co esqr and Bridget North spinster of the first part,
John Chamley of the city of Dublin esqr and Chr Chamley of sd city esqr of the second part, and
John Claud Beresford of the city of Dublin alderman and Wm Roper of sd city esqr of the third part
whereby the said John Chamley
in cońson of a marr then intended to be had between the said Chr Chamley and the said Bridgt North and of £5,000 the marr portion of the sd Bridgt North paid & secured by the sd Roger North and in said deed mentd and of the sum of five shills to him in hand paid by the said John C Beresford and Wm Roper to the said John Chamley
did grant and confirm unto the said John C Beresford and Wm Roper in their possn then being as in said deed mentd and to the survr [survivor] of them and the heirs of such survr
all that and those the town & lands of Lissaroon with the appur sit in the Barony of Eliogarty and co of Tippry
and did also assign and make over unto the sd John C Beresford & Wm Roper and the survr of them and the excors & admors of such survr
all that and those the town and lands of Anamedle Bleau Lahill Shessaragh Garryboy Ballynelly Ballintorlelly Knockligune Tourhnrney Ballybeg Vanes or~se Cloughvanes Shallaghmore Knockanwane Lahissraicagh & Coologue and also Garyglass Grenane Garrymoregall and Gortacumma Prospect or~se Garranmore & also Dromonamahane Carravant and Emmichy Bawnmore & also Ballyna Cullinah Rucolagh Ballincorrigane & Inchimore & also Ballinderry orse Brocka all sit in the co of Tippry / and also all that and those parts of Newcastle known by the names of Kilbane Newtown and Currakip being Garrett Nevills part of Newcastle afsd as held by Doonagh Nixen / therein named under the said Garrett Neville and sit in the co of the city of Limk and also the town and lands of Toonnegreny Firnelstown Clonshan & Bahereenhaddagh in the co of Limk and also Ballynemasheen and Killaspey sitd in the co of Kilkenny with the apps
to hold the first mentd premes to the said John C Beresford and Wm Roper and the survr of them and the heirs of such survr for the lives in said deed mentd and for the lives of such other person and persons as shd for ever thereafter be added and inserted pursuant to a covt for perpl renewl therin mentd and contd
and to hold said last mentd premises to the said John Claud Beresford and Wm Roper their excors admores and assns from the day next before the day of the for the residue of a term of 500 years in a deed of mortgage bearing date the 17th April 1794 and made betwn David Brien of the city of Dublin esqr of the one part and the said John Chamley of the other part and subject to a condn of redn on paymt of £5,000 as therein mentd
upon the several trusts and to the several uses in said first mentd deed of setlmt mentd
and said John Chamley did for the more effectually securing said mortgage debt to the said John C Beresford and Wm Roper / in their actual possn as therein mentd and to their heirs excors admors & asns all that and those that part of the lands of Belcamp sit in the co of Dublin contg twelve acres of meadow with the apprs thro which Geo Wrightsson had then made a road or passage to his house on said lands of Belcamp
and also all that and those that part of the lands of Belcamp on the left hand of the road leading from Clonsagh to Belgfiffin contg by estimn 33.2.24 sit in the co of Dublin
to hold said part of the lands of Belcamp first mentd to the said John C Beresford and Wm Roper and their hrs for the lives of Mary Ann Echlin or~se Eyre and John Echlin esqr & the lives of such other persons as shod for ever thereafter be added pursuant to a covt for perpl renewl
and to hold said last mentd part of the lands of Belcamp for the residue of a term of 999 years in said deed mentd upon trust among other things to pay the said Bridgt North one anny or yearly sum of £300 in case she shod survive the said Chr Chamley and also in case she shd not be reguly paid said anny out of the int to accrue due on the foot of said mortgage
