Transcription:
A memorial of an indented deed of assignment bearing date the third day of March one thousand eight hundred and thirty three made between
Mary Anne North of the city of Dublin widow sole executrix of the last will and testament of Sarah North late of the city of Dublin aforesaid spinster deceased of the first part
Christopher Wall of the city of Dublin aforesaid pawnbroker of the second part
Patrick Murray of Clanbrasil street in the county of Dublin gent of the third part
and James Elliott of Sackville street in the city of Dublin aforesaid gent of the fourth part
whereby after reciting
amongst other things
that the said Mary Anne North under and by virtue of the last will and testament of Christopher North then late of the city of Dublin perfumer
and also under and by virtue of the last will and testament of said Sarah North deceased
was then entitled to one undivided moiety of the premises situate in College Green hereinafter mentioned and described
the said Mary Anne North for and in consideration of the sum of the sum [sic] six hundred pounds therein mentioned granted bargained sold assigned transferred and made over unto the said Christopher Wall all and singular and every her one undivided moiety or half part of and in all that and those the piece or lot of ground No 37 situate lying and being on the south side of College Green with the new dwelling house built and created thereon by Christopher North marked No 25 then in the possession of Abel Labertouche notary public upon the sale [side?] of which a back dwelling house known by the name of Raven formerly in the possession of Bridget Fitzpatrick had formerly stood
containing in front to College Green aforesaid twenty five feet seven inches in depth
on the west side formerly adjoining Messrs James holding fifty six feet
on the east side formerly adjoining Simpsons holding fifty one feet six inches in his the said admeasurement* or either of them more or less
and by whatsoever description the said premises themselves or at any time theretofore had been known or designated
all which sd premises are situate lying and being in the parish of Saint Andrew and county of the city of Dublin
to hold the same with the appurts unto the said Christopher Wall his exors admors and assigns from thence forth for and during the remainder of the term of sixty four years by the original indre of lease in said deed of assignment now memorializing granted then to come
transferred subject to the payment of one moiety of the yearly and other rents and to the performance of the covenants in the said therein recited original indenture of lease reserved
& contained in which said deed of assignment is contained a covenant on the part of the said James Elliott with the said Christopher Wall and Patrick Murray[,] the co-tenant in common of the said premises with the said Christopher Wall[,]
for the custody and production as therein provided for of the deeds muniments** documents & evidences of title relating to said premises in the schedule therein endorsed mentd place in the hands of the said James Elliott for safe keeping by the mutual agreement of all said parties
which said deed of assignment as to the execution thereof by the said Mary Anne North Christopher Wall & James Elliott
and this memorial as to the execution thereof by the said Mary Anne North
are respectively witnessed by George Hines of Abbey street in the city of Dublin attorney at law & by Michael Supple of New Row in the county of Dublin writing clerk
