A memorial of a deed of conveyance bearing date the eleventh day of February one thousand eight hundred and sixty of which the following is a copy
We
Anne Ledwich otherwise North of Rathmines in the county of Dublin widow administrix of the personal estate and effects of William North late of Pill Lane in the city of Dublin iron merchant deceased
Francis Ridly of Tullamore in the King’s county executor of the will of Ellen North late of Pill Lane aforesaid widow deceased
James North of Capel street in the city of Dublin merchant
George North Ellen North Rachael North William North and Arabella North
all children of the said William North deceased
in consideration of the sum of seven hundred and eighty pounds
in pursuance of an order of Jeremiah John Murphy esquire one of the masters of the High Court of Chancery in Ireland bearing date the fourth day of February one thousand eight hundred and sixty
and made in certain cause petition matters wherein John Ledwich and Anne his wife are petitioners and Ellen North James North and others are respondents
and same petitioners and Francis Ridley and others respondents
and the court of Chancery Ireland regulation Act 1850
paid to the said James North by the commissioners of public works in Ireland acting in execution of the Four Courts [Dublin] Extension Act 1858
do and each of us according to our and each of our estates and interests therein doth
hereby convey to the said commissioners of public works all that and these the ground buildings and premises which are described on the plan or map heretofore lodged pursuant to the said act in the office of the clerk of the peace for the county of the city of Dublin and known as number 35 Pill Lane and all other hereditaments premises the subject of award heretofore made in favour of the representatives of William North by Joseph Fishbourne esquire under the said Four Courts [Dublin] Extension Act 1858 situate in the parish of Saint Michan in the city of Dublin together with all ways rights and appurtenances thereto belonging and all each estate right title and interest in and to the same as we or either of us are or shall become seized or possessed of or we or either of us are or is by the said act empowered to convey to hold the premises to the said commissioners of public works as aforesaid and their successors for all the estate term and interest of the late William North deceased or of the said Anne Ledwich as such administratrix as aforesaid and therein contained from year to year or otherwise howsoever in trust for her heirs and successors according to the there intent and meaning of the said act
Which said deed of which this is a memorial and also this memorial
as to the execution thereof by Anne Ledwich and James North are witnessed by Felix Boylan of Waterloo Road in the county of Dublin solicitor and by Joseph Scahill of No 7 Aungier street city of Dublin a clerk incohatus* office public works
and the execution of said deed by George North Ellen North Rachel North William North and Arabella North is witnessed by John Gibson clerk to Messrs Kernan & Tracy Cork Hill Dublin solicitors .. by said Joseph Scahill
and the execution of said deed by Thomas Ridley as witnessed by Robert Whelan solicitor Tullamore

The within named Joseph Scahill maketh oath and said he is a subscribing witness both deed of which the above written is a memorial and also to said memorial and saith he saw said deed and memorial duly executed by the within named Anne Ledwich and witnesseth and saw said deed duly executed by George North Ellen North Rachael North William North and Arabella North several of the executing parties thereto respectively and saith the name Joseph Scahill subscribed as a witness to the execution of said deed and memorial respectively as to deponents’ proper name and hand writing and saith he delivered said deed and memorial to John Edna Chapman Esquire Assistant Registrar at the Registry Office Henrietta Street in the city of Dublin at or near the hour of ten minutes before five oclock in the afternoon of Tuesday the twenty first day of February one thousand eight hundred and sixty
