A memorial of an indenture of reconveyance of mortgage dated the twenty fifth day of March one thousand eight hundred and seventy between
William Gibson of No22 Merrion Square in the city of Dublin esquire of the first part,
Flora Harriett Sadlier wife of the reverend Francis Ralph Sadlier of number 11 Radnor Place Hyde park London of the second part,
Joseph Pim North of Clara in the Kings county esquire late a captain in the 3rd Hussars of the third part,
John Malone of Barons town in the county of Westmeath and his eldest son John Richard Malone of the same place esquires of the fourth part, and
Thomas Tighe Mecredy of number 34 Upper Fitzwilliam street in the city of Dublin solicitor of the fifth part,
whereby
after reciting indenture of mortgage dated the twelfth day of July one thousand eight hundred and sixty seven
and further reciting as therein
it is witnessed that
in consideration of all interest on the sum of five thousand pounds therein before mentioned and of the sum of five thousand pounds to the said Joseph Pim North and Flora Harriett Sadlier paid by the said John Malone in the following manner four thousand pounds portion of the sum of five thousand pounds to said Joseph Pim North and one thousand pounds residue of said five thousand pounds to said Flora Harriett Sadlier (the receipt of which said sums was thereby acknowledged)
he the said William Gibson
with the consent and by the directions of the said Joseph Pim North and Flora Harriett Sadlier
and also with the consent due by the direction of the said John Malone and John Richard Malone
did thereby grant and they the said Joseph Pim North and Flora Harriett Sadlier and each of them did thereby release and confirm unto the said Thomas Tighe Mecredy their heirs and assigns
- all that and those the towns lands tenements and buildings of Kilbixy Ballycaskey Rath Cummenstown Thanlore
- and the glebe land of Kilbixy upon said Merkenstown and Ballinacargy with all and singular the appurtenances situate in the Barony of Moygoish and county of Westmeath aforesaid
- also all that the manor or reputed manor of Castletown Kindaleson otherwise Castletown Kin….,

- also all that and those the town and lands of David otherwise Dunid otherwise Drennane otherwise Dinrel otherwise Dosnield with all and every the hamlets and subdenominations thereof containing two hundred and ninety one acres two roods profitable land plantation measure and fourteen acres one rood and thirty two perches unprofitable land or thereabouts be the same more or less
- the town and lands formerly known by the name of Garry and since called or known by the name of Garrybeg and the lands of Clononine otherwise Clononne otherwise Clononie containing together one hundred and fourteen acres profitable land of the like measure and eleven acre one rood and twenty six perches unprofitable land or thereabouts be the same more or less situate in the Barony of Rathconrath and county of Westmeath aforesaid with their appurts
- also the town and lands commonly called the five acres together with the pasture thereunto belonging containing by estimation forty three acres two roods and thirty two perches or thereabouts be the same more or less the half Cartron of land of Relick …. called the Cornsclogath in Relick containing by estimation twenty three acres or thereabouts be the same more or less the quarter of land of Rath otherwise called the town and lands [of] Rath in Ballymaghlany containing by estimation twenty three acres two roods or thereabouts be the same more or less all situate lying and being in the parish of Piercetown Barony of Rathconrath and county of Westmeath together with their appurtenances
- also the town and lands of Ballinten containing five hundred and twenty one acres and Laragh one hundred and twenty four acres be the same more or less with the appurtenances situate lying and being in the Barony of Moygoish and county of Westmeath
- also all that part and proportion of Adamstown commonly called by the name of Moath containing one hundred and sixty acres plantation measure be the same more or less situate lying and being in the parish of Castletown in the Barony of Moycashel and county of Westmeath with the appurtenances
- with all and every other lands forming portion of the said Baronstown estate remaining unsold as aforesaid
and all other (if any) the premises and hereditaments in the therein before related deed of mortgage comprised as aforesaid to be thereby granted or which then by any …… were vested in the said William Gibson subject to redemption under or by virtue of the same redemption
to hold unto the said Thomas Tighe Mecredy his heirs and assigns to such and the same uses and for such and the same trusts ends intents and purposes and under and subject to the same powers provisoes and acclarations as were existing in said hereditaments and premises thereby granted and released immediately before the execution of said indenture of mortgage of twelfth July one thousand eight hundred and sixty seven
discharged from all principal monies and interest intended to be secured by said mortgage and from all actions and demands in respect to same
to which said deed and this memorial as to their execution by the said William Gibson are witnessed by Henry B Purdon apprentice to T T Mecredy 26 South Frederick St and John Cooker Hook … TT Mecredy 10 Rathmines Terrace Co Dublin
