Transcription:
A memorial of an indenture of mortgage made the twentieth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety three between
Isaac Bomford North of Ultimo near Sydney in the Colony of New south Wales gentleman of the one part and
Henry Willis and Thomas Chessy Willis of Sydney aforesaid gentleman of the other part
whereby it is witnessed that in consideration of seventy pounds lent and paid to the said Isaac Bomford North by the said Henry Willis and Thomas Chessy Willis receipt acknowledged by the said Isaac Bomford North thereby appointed and did also grant alien ……. and release unto the said Henry Willis and Thomas Chessy Willis and their heirs all those lands containing two hundred and eight eight acres two roods and twenty six perches situated at Tyrrellstown Barony of Fartullagh county of Westmeath Ireland to which the said Isaac Bomford North was entitled under the will of his late grand father David North deceased and more particularly by and in the ….. thereunder and hereunder written and also all and every the interest of the said Isaac Bomford North in to and under the will of the said David North deceased and all and every the right title and interest of the said Isaac Bomford North in to and out of the said lands or any of them together with all buildings on the said lands and the rights and appurtenances thereto belonging to hold the said land and hereditaments unto the said Henry Willis and Thomas Chessy Willis their heirs and assigns to the use of the said Henry Willis and Thomas Chessy Willis their heirs and assigns subject to redemption on payment of principal and interest at the current rate of interest as therein -

The before named John Westcott Boone maketh oath and saith he is a subscribing witness to the deed of which the foregoing writing is a memorial and also to said memorial saith he saw the said deed and memorial respectively duly executed by the said Isaac Bomford North and that the name John W Boone signed as a witness to such executions is this deponent’s proper name and hand writing
