This indenture made the fourth day of March One thousand eight hundred and fifteen between

Anne Dallas Widow of John Dallas Esquire deceased late a Captain in his Majestys 46th Regiment of foot Frances Jane Dallas and Elizabeth [?Hannah] Dallas the daughters and only issue of the said Anne and John Dallas and John Woods of Winter Lodge in the County of Dublin Esquire surviving trustee in the marriage settlement of the said Anne Dallas of the one part &

Arabella Bomford Widow and Sole Executor of George Bomford late of Clarkestown in the County of Meath Esquire deceased of the other part

Whereas Dixie Coddington late of Boyne Hill in the said County of Meath Esquire since deceased was in and previous to the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty nine seized in fee of all that and and those the towns and lands of Drumlargan Baldurgan otherwise Duganstown Ornallstown otherwise Edinstown Clonlyon Knock otherwise Knockturin and part of Monolay otherwise Monoley situate in the said County of Meath and being so seized and possessed Anne Warren

now the said Anne Dallas (party hereto) obtained a Judgement as of Trinity Term one thousand seven hundred and eighty nine in his Majestys Court of Exchequer in Ireland against the said Dixie Coddington for a sum of two thousand six hundred pounds sterling as by the records of the said court may appear

And whereas the said John Woods and others trustees in the marriage Settlement of the said Anne Dallas hereinafter recited of whom the said John Woods (party hereto) is the surviving trustee obtained a Judgement in his Majestys court of Common Pleas in Ireland as of Trinity Term one thousand seven hundred and ninety two against the said Dixie Coddington for the sum of seven hundred pounds Sterling as by the as by the records of the said Court may appear

And Whereas by Indenture of Marriage Settlement made and executed previous to the Intermarriage of the said Anne Warren now Anne Dallas widow with the said John Dallas Esquire then a Lieutenant in his Majestys 46th Regiment of foot and bearing date the twenty eigth day of May one thousand seven hundred and ninety and made by and between the said John Dallas by the name and description of John Dallas Lieutenant in his Majestys 46th Regiment of foot of the first part and the said Anne Warren by the Description of Anne Warren of the town of Droghed Spinster of the second part and John Woods of Winter Lodge in the County of Dublin and John Henry Lyster and Henry Dixie Lyster both of the City of Dublin Esquire of the third part reciting as therein so recited and amongst other things reciting that a Marriage was then shortly intended to be had and [............] said John Dallas and Anne Warren

and [?finding that there ..................................................] Trinity Term one thousand seven hundred and eighty nine obtain judgement in his Majestys Court of Exchequer in Ireland against Dixie Coddington of Boyne Hill in the County of Meath for the sum of two thousand six hundred pounds Sterling Debt besides Costs as by the records of the said Court appear upon which there was then due a sum of one thousand three hundred pounds and two pounds four shillings and eight pence

The said Indenture witnessed that the said Anne Warren for and in Consideration of the then intended Marriage (and which took place soon after the execution of the said Deed) and other Considerations in said Deed mentioned Granted Bargained sold Assigned transferred and made over unto the said John Woods (party thereto) John Henry Lister and Henry Dixie Lister All that said therein and herein before recited Judgement and all interest and costs to grow due thereon To Hold receive and take the same as their proper Goods and Chattles for ever upon the trusts and to and for the uses interests and purposes in the said settlement [committed?] expressed and declared of and Concerning the same as by the said Deed or Settlement of the twenty eighth day of May one thousand seven hundred and ninety relation being thereunto had may may fully and at large appear

An Whereas after the Solomization of the Marriage between the said John Dallas and Anne Warren the said John Dallas died leaving the said Anne Dallas his widow and the said Frances and Elizabeth Dallas his only issue by the said Anne Dallas

And Whereas after the death of the said John Dallas the said Dixie Coddington died but before his death duly made and published his last Will and Testament bearing date on or about the twenty eighth day of May One thousand Seven hundred and ninety five and thereby bequeathed unto the said Anne Dallas by the name and description of his dearest and most dearly beloved neice Anne Dallas widow of John Dallas late Captain in the 46th Regiment the sum of two thousand five hundred pounds over and above the sum of one thousand five hundred pounds which he at that time owed her by bond all the rest of his Worldly Substance of what nature or kind soever he gave and bequeathed subject to his debts and legacies to Henry Coddington of Old Bridge Esquire and in remainder to his second son Henry Coddington and his heirs forever

and of his Will he appointed Henry Coddington the elder and Robert and John Woods of Winter Lodge Esquire Executors

and the said Henry Coddington alone proved said Will in his Majestys Court of Prerogative in Ireland and obtained probate thereof

And Whereas George Bomford formerly of Rahinstown and late of Clarkestown in the said County of Meath Esquire since deceased entered into an agreement with the said Henry Coddington the Elder and the said Henry Coddington the younger the divisees said Dixie Coddington for the purchase for the fee and Inheritance of the said towns and lands of Drumlargan Balldungan owise Duganstown Ornellstown otherwise Edenstown part of Clondyon Knock otherwise Knowtown and
